What to expect from your day to day workSupports and develops applications for internal customers globally. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, respond to inquiries via email, chat or calls, work with end-users to ensure that our applications meet their needs and implement new business requirements while also assisting with new projects and initiatives. The Operations Team is primarily responsible for management and administration of manufacturing applications focused on Plant Operation and Engineers activities (task management, reports, shift handover and logbook).
