Responsibilities:
Support on non-fault inquiry and Minor SRs ;
Support to Maintenance Operation Procedure (MOP) preparation;
Collection of equipment information as Licenses, Data Bases, KPIs, Traces and others features;
Apply Update of Software patch on Network Elements (NEs);
Execute Low/Medium Levels Request for Change (RFC) in Network.
Preparation of reports of technical activities
Performing diagnostic testing and troubleshootings
