Job Description
Your role:
- Managing and guaranteeing the best service for our patients, caregivers, HCPs and customers in accordance with AbbVie global and local policies and guidelines through AbbVie Line services.
- Responsible for overall messages, scripts and communications within this channel and its approvals with involved areas and internal systems (including the control of expiration approval dates and updating documents).
- Responsible for ‘free of charge’ product exchange strategy (including MAP documentation, inventory validation of products in stock, freight control and global internal quarterly compliance control).
- Vendor administration, including contract, monthly billing validation according to contracted hours and call volume, mandatory training for new employees and annual recycling, registration of new employees in internal systems, among others.
- Assistance in preparing reports, presentations, and processes regarding customer service experience.
- Responsible for updating the vendor on critical topics, such as all Quality batch releases, regulatory updates, issues managements, and others.
- Managing Reclame Aqui page, responding to the complaints, monitoring for replicas and final consumer evaluation, with an impact on the company's reputation, with a public note on the website.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Completed higher education in Administration, Communication, Marketing or healthcare professional.
- Experience with customer service or patient support programs (healthcare companies or suppliers).
- Advanced English
- Advanced knowledge of Office programs (Power Point, Word, Excel).
- Writing skills and high capacity for learning and relationships with different stakeholders
