What you'll do in this position:This position is part of the People team dedicated to the Brazil Field Sales team (˜ people, across 46 sales hubs in Brazil) to ensure processes are set up and improved for this recent sales operation, which is currently the most relevant sales channel for Small Merchants in BR.Ensure key people processes are implemented and properly reflected in HR systems, with their outcomes visible, driving area, teams and individuals' effectiveness and high performanceFoster world-class employee experience for SumUppersExecute people initiatives and strategy at local level i.e. Team Reviews, eNPS analysis and actions, facilitate org design sessions, Seeds & Steps definition/improvements and implementation, ensure systems are also reflecting this processes.
