Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital (‘Divested Group’). Application Management, Senior Asociate

• Minimum of 3 years of ABAP experience

• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant degree.

• HCM Experience preferred

• S4/HANA Experience/Certification an advantage

• Strong Knowledge on ABAP, ABAP OO programming and debugging: ABAP reports, Function Modules, workflow, Forms, Interfaces, Enhancements, SAP Query, XML..

• Extensive technical and functional knowledge about HR application, processes and services

• Strong knowledge of and expertise with maintenance web based business process as a service application solutions

• Motivation and desire for improvement

• Commitment to the customer and the company

• Orientation to the process of continued improvement

• The ability to explain technical information in a clear and simpler manner

• Excellent negotiation skills

• A strong understanding of the business
