Lead Application Specialist / Application Packager 12 month contract 100% Remote Required Skills and Experience * * 6+ years of experience with Windows and application packaging * Experience with App V, MSIX, Microsoft Powershell Toolkit, Intune, and SCCM * Experience building out and reconfiguring Windows servers * Demonstrated knowledge and ability to remotely manage client systems * Experience with Remote Support technologies such as Remote Desktop (Microsoft) and VNC * Experience with enterprise-wide rollouts of new operating systems and software * Understand basic networking technologies (LAN/WAN and wireless) Job Description * Our client is a leading health solutions organization with over 300,000 dedicated employees nationwide. The Lead Application Packager will play a critical role in supporting enterprise application troubleshooting and deployment across the enterprise as they transition to Windows 11. This individual will be highly technical and will lead efforts to analyze the company's current infrastructure and creating a go-forward plan. This individual should be well versed in modern packaging technologies with the ability to consult and instruct users on hardware and software questions/issues, collaborate with IT Service Center and Network Infrastructure teams, run diagnostic tests to isolate system problems, and make recommendations for potential solutions for Windows operating systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with enterprise-wide software implementations as we are seeking individuals that can hit the ground running in a large environment. In addition to an in-depth knowledge of application packaging technologies, this candidate will need to have excellent written and verbal communication as well as customer service skills with proven ability to work in fast paced environments.
