EndereçoThe Field Applications Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, performance management, coaching, and mentoring of the Application Specialists in their territory or region.
This position is located in São Paulo, Brazil and will be fully remote with 70% travel.
You will be a part of the Applications Team and report to the Service and Applications Manager responsible for managing a high-performance team that provides in-field technical applications support.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Conduct or arrange for associate training in safety, repair, or maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use and build an in-depth understanding of our new product technologies and their applications in a diagnostic histopathology environment.
- Update, improve or develop, plus maintain Application Specialist on-boarding and Training Program.
- Travel with Application Specialists, providing individual coaching and professional development to each member of the team to enable you to complete mid-year and annual performance evaluations as well as annual development plan reviews for each Application Specialist.
- Recruit, develop, mentor and train Application Specialists with clearly communicated technical and overall performance standards.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- BA/BS in Life Sciences or equivalent.
- Experience in field technical support.
- Experience in team management
- Understanding of Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Histology marketplace or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Valid Driver license
- Disponibility to Travel to USA and Europe
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- technical management and team experience.
- Project Management
- Experience in Digital Pathology and Cytogenetics
