As a Application/Sys Sales Eng II at Honeywell, in Milan, you will be responsible for creating multiple business opportunity by identifying new application keeping the existing product and technology at its core. This includes creating a right product pipeline in working with external customer, Offering manager and DG/Sales Team in Building Management Solutions (BMS). Duties include liaising with various stakeholders, build NPI pipeline, prioritize the NPI pipeline having biggest business impact and create a healthy project delivery with maximum ROI. This includes extensive coordination with various Honeywell cross-functional team like Offering Manager, Tech Support, training.

The portfolio to support are the different layers of Building, covering Field Devices (Wallmodules, valves, sensors,..), Controllers (Trend, Honeywell, SBC) and Softwares (Niagara, IQVision, PCD8, RBM, CEM,..) to Specifier, Partners and End Users.

Key requirements

• Present technical sales briefings to customers

• Develop and champion best-in-class sales training

• Analyze product development needs

• Review proposal activities

• Travel up to 50%

Key skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships

• In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products and technologies

• Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals

• Strong verbal and written communications skills

• Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates
