APS Analyst

Main responsibilities:

  • Level 1 and 2 production support (and incident management) to End-Users Application, either internal developed and external vendor applications.
  • Support to End-Users Applications in Staging Environments;
  • Act in conjunction with Infrastructure and Service-Desk to keep the Production environment safe and stable;
  • Business relationship with internal stakeholders and Support Vendors relationship management;
  • Collect, assess and design business requirements into IT specifications;
  • Create, keep accurate and publish IT Key Performance
  • Indicators(KPI) such as: Total vs open Tickets, Projects Status, Number of Critical Bugs;
  • Disaster Recovery TO and RPO;
  • Support and formalize governance controls and monitoring in adherence to the IT Governance policies and standards;;
  • Follow, review and improve local procedures;
  • Support both Internal & External Audits and Committees;
  • Deployment of solutions in staging and production environments

Position Requirements

  • Higher Education
  • Advanced English
  • Experienced Linux/Unix operational systems analyst
  • Experience in user support and incident management
  • Strong analytical capacity to understand issues and propose viable solutions
  • Ability to work in a team, collaborating with other employees
  • Intermediate to advanced Oracle databases, integration platforms, windows server, file exchange platforms
