Profissional irá prover orientações ao cliente sobre a utilização de diferentes produtos, ofertas e serviços. Realizará atendimento de chamados, tratamento e resolução de problemas, bem como encaminhamento de incidentes para o nível de Suporte adequado. Além de desempenhar um papel fundamental na satisfação geral do cliente.
