Associate P&C Business Partner

Responsibilities:

• Acting as a trusted partner to the Services Brazil business by listening, proposing and guiding the business to strengthen its People & Culture processes and initiatives.
• Effective and efficient management of People & Culture processes supporting business needs.
• Reviewing organizational needs and providing best P&C solutions based on corporate guidelines and functional and business unit tactical plans
• Workforce planning, business unit organisation, and people review support.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely recruitment and onboarding, employee services, employee development, etc.
• Handle blue collar recruitment, skill development, grievance redressals, disciplinary procedures, employee committees, development.
• Act as a supporting partner in employees' requests and needs, also with GPS collaboration.
• Ensure labor and related compliance for Brazil employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Business Administration,
• Industrial Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 years' experience.
• Union relations is necessary.
• HR Business Partnering
• Labour laws and compliance
• Advanced english skills
• Deseable Spanish

Competencies:

• Effective Communication, both verbal and written
• Influencing & Negotiation Skills
