- Financial Milestone Management: Measure, approve project financial milestones, maintaining fiscal control.
- Project Management/Engineering experience within building automation.
- Experience within construction would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in project management principles and processes.
- Strong financial acumen encompassing cost analysis, forecasting, and variance.
- Effective cross-functional communication skills, collaborating seamlessly with program teams and sponsors.
