Your responsibilities:

This BPA (FP&A) Core Consultant position is eligible for the hybrid working model (face-to-face and virtual). At Novartis, teams have the autonomy to decide the best flexible working format, balancing team collaboration, team impact on Novartis business, and employee well-being. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Proactively provide analytics and financial support for key decision making, resource allocation, profitability analysis;
• Drive external focus on markets, competitive intelligence to support decision making
• Co-Lead Artificial Intelligence and Digital agenda and adoption in the country – optimize data quality;
• Drive, extend Digital tools usage and track performance vs required matrices to achieve financial plans;
• Revenue recognition and cost management;
• Assure proper cost and FTEs management;
• Identification of Risk & Opps and lead market model assumptions / scenarios;

What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree in economics, Finance, or Business;
• Country and above country BPA (FP&A) experience preferable;
• Fluency in English;
• 3+ years financial experience and proven command of BPA processes and tools;
• Strong verbal and written communication;
• Expertise on business process modelling / Re-engineering;
• Result focus with high integrity.
