Empresa do setor de Marketing contrata Sales Development Representative (SDR) Business Partner (PJ) para Curitiba - PR.
ATIVIDADES:
- Responsável pelo processo de qualificação de Leads e agendamento de diagnósticos.
- Atuação na parte inicial do processo comercial, aplicando o script de vendas e utilizando ferramentas como CRM, telefone e WhatsApp para identificação do perfil de cliente e suas dores.
- Qualificação de leads de forma consultiva
- Prospecção de clientes
- Atendimento ao cliente nos principais canais de conversão inbound e outbound
- Atualizar e otimizar o CRM
- Utilizar sistemas de outbound
- Conduzir conversas com habilidade de negociação e persuasão
- Agendar e realizar reuniões de prospecção
- Criação de propostas
REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS:
- Superior cursando ou formado nas áreas de Marketing, Gestão de Vendas, Administração ou Publicidade e Propaganda
- Excel básico
- Conhecimento em CRM será um diferencial
- Conhecimento em Marketing Digital será um diferencial
- Aproximadamente 1 ano de experiência na área comercial
HORÁRIO DE TRABALHO:
- A/C
REMUNERAÇÃO:
- R$1.800,00 fixo
- R$100,00 por venda agendada e fechada
- R$500,00 por meta de agendamento e fechamento comercial batida
- Alimentação no local
LOCAL DE TRABALHO:
- De forma híbrida, segunda e quarta-feiras presencial
- Terça, quinta e sexta-feira home office
