Job Profile / Activities: 

Manages employees who are responsible for  projects, teams and application support functions.

•    Oversee application requirements, application security, testing and implementation projects which include deployment, support and maintenance of application programs.
•    Maximize staff contribution through professional growth and development, to increase teamwork and more effectively meet business needs.
•    Analyze applications to ensure that all systems that are developed, meet business needs and specifications.
•    Monitor and maintain adherence and compliance to quality standards on an ongoing basis.
•    Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners and vendors/suppliers.

Basic Qualifications

Education: College degree is required

Language: Pre-advanced English is required

Skill Descriptors:

Core Application Systems: Demonstrated experience of major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations.

Information Technology Trends: Knowledge of marketplace experience, developments and trends related to the organization's use of Information Technology (IT); ability to apply knowledge of IT appropriately to benefit the organization.

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Talent Management: ability to generate consistent approaches for hiring, selection, retaining and leveraging talent across the organization.

Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing, and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.

Vendor/Supplier Management: Demonstrated experience with external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g., vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers).

IT Service Management (ITSM ): ability to manage IT services and oversee service operations.
