As a Carriers Relations Associate you will assist in building and maintaining relationships with Carriers and Data Centers, supporting contract negotiations, and fostering partnerships. As a Carriers Relations Associate, you will work closely with senior team members to ensure the efficient delivery of services and address any related issues.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist with the evaluation and selection of carriers based on their technical capabilities, pricing, and service offerings.
- Support the negotiation of carrier pricing and service agreements to ensure competitive and favorable terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement carrier service strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of carrier partners to ensure that service levels are being met and identify areas for improvement.
- Help manage carrier relationships to ensure that all contractual obligations are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Assist with the management of carrier service escalations and work with carriers to resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to telecom services and carrier relationships.
- Create Vendor Request and Purchase Orders in CRM.
- Send Purchase Order for internal approvals.
- Contribute to special projects.
- Lead the SLA Credit collection process with the Data Center and Telecommunications providers.
- Generate reports on connectivity service usage, overall operational expenditures (OPEX), service expiration, and savings.
- Review and Approve Data Center and Telecommunications providers invoices, and open disputes with vendors in case of inconsistencies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networking , International Relations or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interest in the telecommunications industry and eagerness to learn about Data Center operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
