• Description : As the CEO, you will lead a multifaceted organization encompassing various specialized companies. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of each entity within the group . The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the construction, contracting, and manufacturing sectors, coupled with exceptional leadership skills to drive innovation, growth, and client satisfaction across all divisions.
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion for each company within the cluster.
  - Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  - Collaborate with executive teams of each company to ensure alignment with overall cluster objectives and shared values.
  - Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to achieve operational efficiency and profitability targets.
  - Drive business development efforts, identifying new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential acquisitions.
  - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices across all operations. -
  - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate risks. Qualifications:
