Gain hands-on experience, enhance your analytical skills, and be a key player in shaping the future of our ride-hailing business!

  • Provide support to activities related to understanding and analyzing the ride-hailing business, focusing on passenger and driver behavior, customer lifecycle management, and campaign efficiency;
  • Assist in creating regular reports and presentations to communicate city performance and trends;
  • Actively participate in creating and executing action plans to improve or adjust city performance, following the guidance of the City Manager;
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary projects related to the company's main OKRs;
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance operational productivity and user experience;
  • Perform tasks with attention to detail while maintaining agility in execution, aligning with the company's philosophy of doing things quickly and effectively;
  • Create a fun, inclusive, and safe work culture;
  • Engineering, Economics, Computer science, Statistics, Business Administration or any related bachelor’s with graduation for Dec/2025 and Dec/2026;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools; 
  • Data driven focus (SQL – Python knowledge is a plus) and proven to have strong critical thinking;
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly;
  • Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to seek for solutions;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Mission-driven entrepreneurship and strong team spirit
