We help brands grow by having better conversations on social media. We provide a managed service solution including a platform where we remove harmful comments (brand safety), respond to comments in need of attention (care) and provide actionable insights on what’s being said (intelligence). We work with some of the top brands in the world including Netflix, Uber, Red Bull, NARS, Sephora, The North Face and many more.

Our team is born remote, we have over 18 nationalities on the team, and our main markets are North America and Western Europe. We’ve been around for 9 years, but are still very much a fast moving, agile growth company.

What you will do:

BrandBastion is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic Delivery team that will:

  • Build a Community Management Academy from scratch for internal and external use
  • Attends sales and client meetings to discuss different approaches to engaging on social
  • Create newsletters for clients and sales prospects highlighting the newest engagement trends on social media
  • Revitalize the onboarding process including developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation and resources for Client Onboarding procedures
  • Collaborate with the Delivery Org to develop and execute Client Onboarding strategies for various sized clients, industries and teams
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on the effective use of BrandBastion's social media management platform
  • Actively monitor client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in the onboarding process

Reports to: Head of Delivery

Collaborates with: Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Linguistics and AI

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for an independent, proactive and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist with:

  • Previous experience in agency operations or a similar role is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of social media community management principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients of all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Comfortable working remotely and accommodating occasional calls with European clients and team members.

**Open to individuals in South American and Eastern North American time zones outside of US & Canada.**
