Overview:

 

Specific responsibilities of the role: 

 

  • Analysis of the purchase conditions of imported materials and monitor the materials as requested;
  • Maintain strict follow-up control with international suppliers, international agents, forwarders and transporters
  • Maintain strict control of costs and payments involved in activities related to import and export, storage and transportation.
  • Execute with excellence the export and import flows under your responsibility, which includes knowing how to apply legislation and procedures (from document checking to shipment delivery) as well as the company's internal requirements
  • Monitor KPIs, through management reports and monthly calculation of indicators, in order to monitor the department's performance and the achievement of goals determined for the year;
  • Understand the BNDES nationalization index proof system and how it applies to our projects;

 

Qualifications & Experience

-  Competencies -  Knowledge of customs legislation; Advanced English; Office package with Excel from good to advanced, knowledge Import Sys (OSGT) MANDATORY, Time management, Agility of reasoning, Dynamism and prompt service, Team spirit, Planning and control, Potential for learning, Interpersonal relationships, Use of logical reasoning

Previous experience – more than 2 years

 - Language skills – Advanced English

 - Travel required  - No
