The Position

As a Commercial Effectiveness Coordinator, your role involves overseeing sales force performance analysis, supporting commercial operations strategically, and providing crucial decision-making data to Business Units. You'll analyze market indicators, tailor Sales Force Productivity analyses, identify market opportunities, and manage customer targeting. Leading studies and process improvements, you'll ensure alignment with company values and facilitate knowledge sharing. This position is to work in São Paulo, SP.

Your responsabilities includes:

  • Coordinate information and analysis related to sales force performance and support commercial operations strategically.
  • Provide necessary information for decision-making to Business Units and conduct critical market analysis.
  • Develop tailored Sales Force Productivity analysis and contribute to identifying market opportunities and threats.
  • Manage customer Targeting and Segmentation and lead Sizing and Deployment studies.
  • Continuously improve internal processes related to Sales Effectiveness and coordinate process changes.
  • Embrace established values, negotiate contracts, prepare reports, and propose new ideas for achieving goals.

 

Qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree.
  • This person is expected to have advanced/fluent oral and written English.
  • We would like to see experience in the pharmaceutical industry and proficiency in Sales Force Effectiveness.
  • We expect you to have experience in people management and process improvements.
  • We expect to observe proficiency in public speaking as an additional skill set.
