Description and Requirements
Responsabilities
- Daily follow ups on the supplier execution for material preparation and status
- Weekly forecast/ POs placing to the supplier
- Weekly Open Order management, guaranteeing full alignment between ETD confirmation and requested date
- Weekly review/negotiation of Resch in/out and cancelation messages (Based on MRP recommendation)
- Bridge between GSM and IBP for the quarter supply visibility and coverage
- Daily Shipment/ Green Lights analysis and approvals
- Analytical skill on Material Shortage management based on the priorities lists aligned with Planning team in Brazil
- Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise Brazil team of any impact (Allocation/ WW constrain, etc..)
- Weekly/ Daily System Management (AgiLe)
- Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships
- Advanced written and verbal skills in English
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel/ Powerpoint)
- Desirable knowledge in International Logistics / Customs (Inbound) operations
- Great experience in the area
- Hybrid format: 3x Office, 2x Home office
