Key Responsibilities
- Deal with member enquiries in an inspiring manner, to encourage appropriate future use of service
- Professionally onboard members to Ten, tailor to their needs, ensuing that they feel connected to as an individual and understand how they personally best use the service
- Understand and record member preferences, enabling each interaction with the member to be personalised and build instant rapport by phone, chat, WhatsApp and e-mail.
- Responsible for all KPIS and the success of our main metrics achievement.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Preferably experience in luxury services as a UHNW travel consultant
- Attending higher education in Tourism or related areas
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good sense of empathy and ability to connect with members quickly Member Focus
- Engage with Ten’s culture, where professionals care about the service we offer
- Intermediate / Advanced English / Native Portuguese
