Position: Project Manager/Coordinator Role Overview: Our client is in search of a dedicated Project Manager/Coordinator to oversee the operational aspects of residential Construction Projects. This remote position involves collaboration with a project team to facilitate various project management tasks. The role offers significant growth potential within a startup environment, ideal for candidates who view challenges as opportunities and are committed to professional development. Work Schedule: Starting as Part-Time (20 hours per week) Transitioning into Full-Time (40 hours per week) Ideal For Candidates Who: Excel in problem-solving within the construction sector. Are proactive in optimizing project management processes. Demonstrate persistence in follow-up activities to ensure deal closures. Have experience with or the capacity to quickly learn project management systems (BuilderTrend experience is a plus). Key Responsibilities: Coordination with subcontractors for project execution. Management of subcontractor payments and material ordering. Documentation including meeting minutes, construction schedules, and daily reports. Implementing effective document control measures. Required Skills and Qualifications: A foundational understanding of construction practices, materials, and terminology. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to complete tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Google Suite and an openness to learning new software tools. Spanish fluency would be advantageous. Experience in construction, real estate, or property management is preferred. Why This Role?
