Responsibilities:

• Participate in NCs analysis, in lessons learned sessions and management reviews;
• Liase with Construction Quality Supervisors (CQSs), providing support;• Support NC Coordinators/Quality Responsibles (QR), safeguarding quality gates;
• Incentivate Quality behaviours and Quality awareness;
• Monitor performance of CON suppliers (manpower, tools, equipment, products and services), reporting to Construction (CON) Leaders the noncompliance in Quality requirements;
• Participate, together with the NC investigation team, in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), utilizing Quality Tools, such as 4D/8D;
• Participate of handovers from Sales to Construction and Construction to Service processes;
• Participate, after CON project execution, of Lessons Learned sessions, to improve contract effectiveness.

 

Qualifications:

• Engineering student;
• Proficiency in English;
• Proficiency in Spanish (desirable).

 

Competences:

• Ability to interact with all the stakeholders;
• Ability to execute daily activities, once the priorities have been given;
• Ability to conduct specific actions, in a daily basis.
