Consultant/Sr. Consultant
Position Overview:
The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, people management, and hands-on sales expertise to lead the sales efforts effectively and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned location, aligned with the overall company objectives.
· Identify target market segments, customer profiles, and potential growth opportunities.
· Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine the sales approach.
Revenue Generation:
· Achieve and exceed sales targets,
· revenue goals, and market share objectives for the city.
· Create and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to meet or surpass financial targets.
· Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business expansion.
· Team Leadership and Management:
· Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the given location.
· Address customer concerns, inquiries, and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.
Market Analysis and Insights:
· Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to make informed strategic decisions.
· Provide market insights and feedback to the senior management team for product/service enhancement and development.
Reporting and Communication:
· Prepare regular sales reports, presentations, and performance reviews for senior management.
· Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities effectively to the leadership team.

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
· Proven track record of successful sales leadership, preferably in a similar role or industry.
· Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to analyse data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
· Proficiency in using sales management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
