We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our Service Delivery Operations of Gas Solutions team. In this position, you will report to the Service Delivery Operations Manager in Wärtsilä, and the preferred location of the position is in Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Brazil .

What you will be doing?

In this position, your job will include ensuring good customer relations. On a normal day, you will be in contact with the sales and field service team to attend to customers' requests.
For us to be the best match, we expect you to have knowledge of the maritime business and of SAP and Salesforce systems. Ideally, you have a bachelor's degree in engineering and other professional achievements and work experience in project/contract management.

Your work will focus on these responsibilities:

• Close follow up and reporting of the portfolio financial status, including agreements, service missions and service projects
• Coordinate single and/or standard Field Service work orders.
• Plan activities, resources, spare parts, costs and time schedule for the work orders.
• Coordinate people when they are assigned on a work order.
• Act as contact person for customer during the work order.
• Interact with relevant internal stakeholders in Gas Solutions.
• Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsila Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures.
• Follow-up and report the status of the work order to customer and relevant internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineer completed
• Knowledge in marine law (desirable)
• Experience in oil and gas/offshore business
• Excellent communication skills and english advanced
• Experience with budget management
• Knowledge in SAP and CRM (Salesforce)
