Objetctive
Responsible for managing the import department, executing processes with the team, strategies and KPI’s in the area to ensure the accuracy and optimization of delivery dates and process costs to materials, finished goods, machines and spare parts. Ensure compliance with the country's legislation and regulations.
Activities
- Management skills to coordinate and develop the team.
- Project management to improve area KPI’s.
- Monitoring and supervision of import processes ensuring lead time and compliance with legislation and regulations.
- Ensure data management for all import processes.
- Ensure closing of import costs on time and accurately.
- Management of processes, flows and responsibilities within the area and with internal/external partners.
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed and updated.
- Knowledge in boarding, clearance, delivery, closing costs and follow-up for finished goods and materials imports, MAPA and ANVISA regulations, machine and spare parts imports, Ex-Tarifário.
- Contribute to maintain strong relationships with internal customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance and safety in operations with all related areas.
Knowledge & Experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Higher degree in administration, International Relations
- Language Requirements: Advanced English.
- Experience in the import area or related areas.
