Infrastructure, Operations, and IT Transformation Coordinator leading the BAU local team (EUC Team + Industrial Devices Team) over KHC Neropolis Plants and Distribution Center.
Responsible for supporting the Business (plant directors, plant managers and users) executing an interface between KHC IT Global structures (network, EUC, security, PMO, SDM, hosting and cloud) and local business demands. Support IT Transformation project team on delivering projects.
- Ensuring IT infrastructure supporting the business is running efficiently and reliably.
- Drive end user satisfaction by ensuring that our End User Computing partners have the end user in mind in their day-to-day activities and feel part of the overall KHC organization.
- Be the central point of contact towards BRM and business for all IT Operations and Infrastructure related issues at the location.
- Be the central point of contact towards Plant Engineering, Plant Maintenance, and several business areas at the site plants for all IT Operations and Infrastructure related issues at the location.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for assigned area of expertise.
- Ensure Capacity and Asset Management processes are in place and executed.
- Ensuring improvements are identified and implemented quickly with minimal disruption.
- Team building, definition of architecture and Infrastructure with contingency solution.
- Ensure reliability across all IT services in LATAM running rituals and routines, lifecycle programs and supporting transformation projects.

Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, or similar experience, in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering;
- Minimum 8 years in IT with 3 years in leader roles coordinating IT Service Operations and Infrastructure;
ITIL, Agile PMP certification (preferred)
- Spanish and English (preferred) language proficiency.
