Description - Development, execution and tracking of Medical Marketing plans mainly related to CME and Sampling initiatives for all brands promoted at Medical Channel at Reckitt. - Strong interaction with cross functional teams, especially with HCP communication team to develop, propose, track and propose actions when necessary. - Events mapping, development, production and tracking. - Lead sampling strategy aiming to maximize patients trial and conversion to sale. - Track Medical Marketing activities performance crossing different databases and actively propose actions (IQVIA, Close-Up, Veeva, internal databases etc). - Develop reports to share data with stakeholders as well as present them in meetings with local and global teams. - Medical Marketing budget management. Skills and Experience required: - Deep knowledge of HCPs and patients behaviors, how to change prescription habit, belief shits needed (from – tos) and advocacy ladder to propose best in class plans and activities. - Deep knowledge of channel roles and mix considering HCP’s stage at the Belief Ladder, desired belief shift and comms goal. - Experience with HCP events management desirable - Good communication skills and ability to positively influence others - Agile, multitask, be nimble, results and action oriented - Good analytical skills - Strong experience in Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG company Fique atento!
