Hair Care / Coordinator – Brand Development Assistant Brand Manager - Dove Hair

Hair Care is the biggest category in Unilever Beauty & Wellbeing, with a portfolio of outstanding brands such as Dove, Tresemmé, Sunsilk and Clear. The category’s importance and performance mean it receives high exposure and offers talented people the opportunity to shine, while helping to influence how the business develops over the coming years. Whitin this portfolio, Dove is targeting an evolution of proposition from a basic “care brand” towards an “beauty brand expert in damage”, which involves an interesting challenge ahead for the BG team. 

Dove has been one of the biggest priorities in the past few years, with the ambition to double the brand globally. Latam being the second region in value importance for the brand globally, has an important role for this journey. The scenario is optimistic for the brand in recent years, growth, but with challenges to disrupt the market share journey.

As a Dove Brand Development Coordinator for LATAM, you will have the opportunity to put your mark on the future of the brand by leading INNOVATION and COMMUNICATION in LATAM in the Business Group structure (‘global’ team),

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

•              Be responsible for the end-to-end Innovation/Communication project management to launch innovations for some key LATAM markets.

•              Derive the innovation architecture from consumer insights to the proper scope, in collaboration with BU and multifunctional teams.

•              Support the definition of strategic roadmap key platforms for all LATAM geographies.

•              Build campaigns from scratch from concept testing, to s

•              Be part of the full brand relaunch that is being planned in Brazil

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Experience in leading Innovation/Communication projects in marketing roles with a successful track record
  • Passion for the beauty universe, attentive to what is new for inspiration, trends, and formats.
  • Power of influence: you can make multi-functional teams move towards the brand objectives.
  • Be Detail oriented and have a strong problem-solving mentality.
  • Analytical skills and risk analysis
  • Strong POV: you make your voice be heard and shows high level of contribution traveling in all work levels.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor’s Degree
