MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
- Deep dive on strategic segments for Coty to act regionally in the execution of the Lifestyle Scenting category in Brazil;
- Lead regional product importation process: briefing, follow ups with Matrix Teams and participation in project meetings and provide necessary marketing documents.
- Responsible for the media plan follow ups & reports;
- Tracking and summarizing innovation results: Brazil
- Support in Brazil marketing execution: portfolio strategies, execution with the trade/sales team, demand and financial alignment, etc;
- Build BR best practices reports to Brand Teams periodically
- Develop new imported initiatives launch plan and 360°/ Omnichannel marketing plan including in store and digital activities, visual merchandising, Social media, training, and PR/IM (internal and external, regional, global, conventions, etc.) following global guidelines and regional alignments.
- Market analysis: innovation and trends;
- Gathering and consolidating all available baseline and innovation information for:
- BR Stakeholders: Trade, e-commerce, PMO, Finance – info of costs, product availability, 360 for activation, image expiry dates etc;
- Mapping and controlling BR innovation calendar, size of opportunities, launch strategies, activation plans and GTM by brand;
- Tracking the brands market share vs target;
- Marketing budget management.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent;
- Advanced in English is a must, Spanish is nice to have;
- Experience in marketing role within leading multinational corporations in the Beauty Cosmetics industry;
- Great understanding of product development: formula, packaging, supply, regulatory;
- Ability to work with global and regional team with different culture and language;
- Knowledge of Fragrance Category is a strong +.
