The Creative Systems Coordinator role is an end support role, that serves as the Creative Systems Operations support for our marketing agencies as well as the broader Communications Group organization. You will also:
- Act as the main POC for our DAM platform ingestion, maintenance and user troubleshooting.
- Work as a Production Designer, helping our teams organize and provide derivative files from branded creative files.
- Become a trusted Creative Systems partner on Syneos Health Communications, fostering relationships across the globe and listening attentively to our users needs
- Provide support, training sessions and office hours whilst being an SME for our current DAM solutions
- Create a resources and documentation on our WoW and best practices
Essential Requirements
- Bachelors or equivalent professional experience
- Two to three years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
- DAM platform SME or previous experience with content management systems
- Experience collaborating with international teams
- Creative problem solver, solutions-oriented mindset; must be curious by nature, with the confidence to ask questions
- Presentation and Training Skills: Construction of user guide decks and effective verbal communication
- Experience w/ providing End User Support
- Organizational and time management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced level English (must have): written and verbal
- Software & OS: MacOS, Windows Office, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
Desirable skills: comfortable with automation and basic programming
