Customer Care Intern - Sales
The role
As a Customer Care Intern you will be the first point of contact for our customers (mainly from North America). Your goal will be to qualify, register, manage or assign enquiries to the relevant departments in the organization. Your main task is to provide support both internally and externally, to ensure customer satisfaction.
The role is based in São Paulo, Brazil (home office) and you will be part of dynamic team that is linked to a larger global group and will interact with customers from various industries and geographical regions as well as with our factories in Denmark, Germany and the UK.
Primary responsibilities
As Customer Care Agent you will be responsible mainly for North American customers:
  • Issue simple quoations according to Sales Engineers instructions
  • Onboard and maintain internal and external customer accounts
  • Triage and forward emails to correct departments
  • Supplying customers with information
  • Check and direct Leads with the Sales CRM systems
  • Informing customers of pricing
  • Following up on quotes
  • Pro-active phone calls to promote our services and increase customer satisfaction
  • Supporting and collaborating with other departments and worldwide locations to ensure deadlines are met
  • Handling general administrative tasks and efficiency assistance activities
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as business requires
Professional qualifications and personal skills
  • Experience from a sales or service function where customer satisfaction has been paramount
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
  • Computer knowledge (Microsoft® Office)
  • CRM and ERP experience is a plus
  • Strong team and interpersonal skills
  • Task-oriented, self-motivated and flexible
  • Driven by customer satisfaction
  • An energetic personality and the ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations
