The Customer Care Officer role reports to the Sales Operations Manager and your responsibility is to own and manage the end-to-end customer experience. As a Customer Care Officer, you should also seek continuous improvements for mutual benefit of the customer and the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for coming/ calling.
  • Assist customers in getting requested services, coordinate with other departments.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
  • Issue and provide invoices and documents related with customers’ requests according with internal rules.
  • Submit to customers the invoices based on performance reports received from all respective departments and in compliance with established tariffs and valid agreement with customers.
  • Ensure correctness of the invoices and their timely submission to customers.
  • Give verbal clarification regarding submitted invoices on customers’ request.
  • Monitor payment of submitted invoices.
  • Create and maintain a database of information on customer/consignee complaints.
  • Create and maintain a database on information required for and provided to a customer.
  • Issue and activate port passes related with customers’ requests according with internal provision.
We are looking for
  • A person who has customer service or operational side of experience in in logistics, transport, or supply chain sectors.
  • Who has excellent command of Georgian, English, and Russian Languages.
We expect you also have
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and translate into customer solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & an ability to interact with customers tactfully.
