Do you have experience in Customer Education and content creation ? Are you interested in working in a dynamic and collaborative environment focusing on continuous improvement?
We are looking for a Customer Education Analyst to join our team and be responsible for the Axur University initiative. An organized, communicative, proactive person willing to increase the maturity of our clients and partners, which results in the growth of the whole Axur team. And you can choose whether you will work in the office, in Porto Alegre-RS, or remotely, from anywhere in the world!
A typical workday might include :
- Creating content for the Axur University initiative and other initiatives aimed at educating and increasing the maturity of our clients and partners;
- Managing and curating content produced by other areas of the company for inclusion in the onboarding, recycling, and follow-up cycles of Axur stakeholders. Adapting content to fit the format of the Axur University initiative;
- Monitoring indicators related to the reading, absorption, and utilization of materials;
- To gain a deep understanding of the scope of new and existing products, establish a relationship between product features and the value they deliver in the daily lives of customers and partners, and create materials that reinforce the organization's vision of value and goals with stakeholders;
- Preparing reports on the progress of education projects and presenting them to the management team;
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Channels, and Customer Care departments to consolidate projects and gain a global understanding of content, monitoring, and updates;
- Attending meetings with stakeholders to understand priorities and determine where effort can be allocated to content creation.
Indispensable Requirements:
- Experience with Customer and Partner Education projects in Technology solutions;
- Portuguese fluency;
- Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken);
- Experience with B2B SaaS;
- Experience with platforms for creating and editing videos, texts, and designing landing pages;
- Experience in creating and maintaining a Knowledge Base for technology products;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with SaaS in the Information Security and Fraud segment;
- Knowledge of Customer Success methodology;
- Having an organized portfolio with executed projects;
- Worked as a Copywriter, Product Marketing, or another role involving product explanations and technical details.
