As a Customer Experience Specialist with a sales focus, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive interactions and lasting impressions with our valued clients, while also identifying opportunities to drive sales growth. In addition to telephone and email mediums, your experience in social media channels will be crucial in engaging with clients on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Fluent Spanish language skills will be a strong differential, allowing you to connect with our diverse customer base effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and personalized solutions through various communication channels, including social media, email, and phone.
  • Schedule consultations with the RCICs consultants.
  • Follow up on consultations, request feedback and address potential issues with the respective departments.
  • Monitor and manage our social media channels, addressing customer concerns, comments, and inquiries in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless resolution process.
  • Identify and proactively engage in sales opportunities during customer interactions, contributing to revenue growth targets.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and best practices to empower customers to find solutions independently.
  • Uphold a high level of product/service knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide informed recommendations.
  • Assist the company with the preparation and organization of documents, invoices and receipts.
  • May compile data regarding consultations, overall sales and customer feedback, and prepare reports, and presentations when needed.

Also, you must have:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Experience or customer service role is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing various social media platforms for customer engagement.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and empathetic tone.
  • Proven ability to identify and drive sales opportunities within a customer-focused environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to evolving situations.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and tools.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.

Employment Type: Contractor (full-time) (40h/week)

Location: Remote (Home Office), preferably great Sao Paulo area.
