based in Jundiaí (BR) we are looking for a
Customer
Quality Engineer & Quality Management System.
PURPOSE OF POSITIONIn UFI Filters, Customer Quality Engineer is responsible for support customers in the development of new projects, deploy customer requirements for the development of UFI, support clients in the management of punctual demands and dealing with non-conformities and support UFI processes in Quality and Environment System Management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCustomer support-related functions:
Meet the demands of customers in the development of new projects and improvements of current projects; Represent the client in internal project development meetings; Deploy customer requirements for UFI and UFI supply chain; Identify issues related to the quality of products / processes and make recommendations to management; Lead complaint management activities through 8D reporting methodologies and prepare the report for the customer into required format and the UFI; Promote continuous improvement projects based on lessons learned from UFI and customers; Engage in communication and audits between UFI Quality and Customer Quality; Support the analysis of warranties from customers;
Functions related to the Quality and Environment Management System:
Implementation and maintenance Quality and Environment Management System and respective certifications with the deployment of customer requirements and regulatory bodies with the verification of their effective application.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE3-5 years of experience in automotive quality as an analyst, engineer or similar function;Active participation in APQP projects with customers;Quality Core Tools: APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning, PPAP - Process of Approval of Production Parts, FMEA - Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, SPC - Statistical Process Control, MSA - Measurement System Analysis, 8D;Experience with implementation of automotive customer requirements;Experience in interpretation of drawings and standards;Knowledge about IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and QMS/EMS of automotive customers;
Desirable:Green Belt training / certification or higher;Knowledge of Requirements VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5;Knowledge of QRQC methodology or equivalents;Knowledge of the specific requirements of customers FORD, GM, IVECO/FPT, STELLANTIS, VW.
