Key Responsabilities- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients addressing inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
- Build and nurture longterm relationships with clients gaining a deep understanding of their needs preferences and goals.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products or services.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels through regular feedback mechanisms and communication channels.
- Resolve client issues and escalations promptly ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions transactions and communications in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on client accounts to management highlighting achievements challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support client retention and growth efforts.
- Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience in the lifestyle sector.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- High proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Tamil/Sinhala is an advantage.
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Resultsoriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
