WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
We are seeking for Customer Service Representative, reporting to the National Sales Manager , responsible to ensure a professional communication channel between all relevant nVent Hoffman Departments and its direct and indirect customers.
The Customer Service Representative acts as office support to Local Sales Managers in the process of creating demand in the market for nVent Hoffman’s product portfolio.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Enters and follows up all customer orders in the ERP system;
- Communicate courteously with the customer by phone, e-mail and letter;
- Answers customer requests and offers technical and commercial support on products and services;
- Assists the National and Local Sales Managers in creating and recording commercial offers;
- Acts as a liaison between direct customers and nVent Hoffman’s Logistics and Financial Departments to ensure the compliance of all contractual terms and internal procedures;
- Operates and updates all relevant information for the indirect customer database;
- Records and follows up until solved all customer complaints using the specific software;
- Creates commercial offers for all customer requests on non-catalogue products, by using specific software, in cooperation with nVent Hoffman’s Technical Office Department;
- Supports Local Marketing projects;
- Performs general administrative duties, related to the proper functioning of nVent Hoffman’s Sales Department.
- Quoting and order entry of advanced customization projects;
- Complaint handling;
YOU HAVE:
- University graduate (Engineering or Economical);
- Relevant back office support experience in the Technical or Services field (2 years);
- Excellent communication skills: able to communicate effectively with people at all hierarchical levels;
- Advanced user of English and Russian, and proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Technical/ Industrial background;
- Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and orientation towards problem-solving.
