Main Responsibilities of this role:
- Make outbound calls and receive incoming calls to gain a better understanding of our customers' needs, with a focus on customer retention and support during their buying journey.
- Deal with support tickets through Customer Support tools
- Provide information to customers about our service
- Analyze indicators related to support and active customer
- Create opportunities with new business/ commercial area to understand customers demand;
- Be the point of connection between business areas and customers;
- Maintain correspondence with customers via email
- Track and report sales activities, leads and results using CRM and Customer Support tools
Requirements
- 1+ year of call center experience in a similar sales role with proven track record, preferably in B2B sales
- Very Good communication skills
- Advanced English
