Job Description

Visa is seeking a team member based in Sao Paulo who will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing campaign measurement methodologies and processes for both client and core Visa LAC marketing campaigns. The role encompasses leading third-party vendor teams to measure the impact of these campaigns. The role involves hands-on activities such as the development and execution of campaign measurement methodologies and processes, using either traditional or advanced statistical and automation approaches. It also involves creating documentation, as well as aligning presenting and negotiating with internal stakeholders.

Specific responsibilities for this role include

Design, develop and deploy standard methods and processes for measuring the performance and impact of Visa LAC client and core marketing campaigns.

Automation of measurement solutions and models.

Design and develop automation of measurement solutions and models using various tools and technologies, as well as optimize and improve the performance and quality of automation solutions and processes.

Leverage Visa data, technology, and industry expertise to ensure consistent and accurate measurement of marketing campaigns across LAC.

Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in marketing measurement and analytics, and present new ideas to enhance Visa's current measurement capabilities.

Align the data and insights with the business objectives, understand the challenges and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations based on the measurement results.

Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to define the scope and objectives of the analysis and initiatives that support marketing campaign measurement.

Lead and manage third-party vendor teams to deliver timely and quality measurement reports and insights for Visa LAC core and client campaigns.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • BA, BS required. MBA or other relevant Masters degree preferred (eg: Statistics, Computer Science, and Engineering).
  • More than 8 years of relevant industry experience in analytics CRM in a leading commercial brand or management consulting (with relevant industry experience in retail, financial services, payment), or retail banking management experience.
  • Previous experience on studies on consumer behavior, marketing campaign targeting and effectiveness and CLTV.
  • Experience in big data analytics and statistical modeling in SAS including SAS E. Miner, SAS E. Guide and SPSS.
  • Work with large volumes of data. Extract and manipulate large datasets using standard tools such as Hadoop Ecosystem, Apache Spark, SAS, through scripting in Python, SQL, Java etc.
  • Hands-on skills in cleaning, manipulating, analyzing, visualizing and modeling large data sets.
  • Transform data and analysis to executive business language .
  • Ability to lead and mentor diverse teams of data scientists, engineers, and other technical professionals
  • Continuously develop and present innovative ideas based on data driven approach in order to improve current business practices within Visa.
  • Excellent project management and organizational and presentational skills.
  • Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently.
  • Ideal candidates should be motivated, data-driven, and analytic, capable of delivering strategic thought leadership, diagnosing problems, and providing high-impact solutions to support business growth and performance. Candidates should also have solid experience in developing enduring, strategic relationships across the Visa organization.
