Interacting face-to-face with our customers and providing maintenance in our vaccination devices currently allocated in clients. The Devices Technical Coordinator is responsible for supporting the business strategy of the BU through the value generation promoting, driving and enabling the use of vaccination devices offered to our clients.
Execute technical services to internal and external users that guarantee the satisfaction and proper usage of vaccination devices. This professional will also work with marketing teams to create technical materials and good practices guidelines.
The coordinator will install and do the maintenance and will also provide training to the teams operating the devices.
This role will also be responsible for establishing internal procedures, keep inventory records, provide input for the BUD on financial impact of devices acquisition and maintenance, and coordinate with local and foreign devices suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of vaccination equipment
Management of inventory of parts and supplies
Coordinate the performance of supplier’s local teams, ensuring our clients’ satisfaction
Performs virtual and on-site trainings
Performs vaccination quality and audit evaluation
Provides feedback to Technical and Commercial Coordinators, sharing business opportunities
Provide support for financial evaluations in devices
Basic requirements

Engage with the customer, internal teams and suppliers to determine the best solution
Communicates clearly at all levels
Bachelor's degree

Technical competencies
Experience with hatchery vaccination devices
Deep understanding of hatchery processes
Understanding of in ovo vaccination is a must
Ability to translate the needs of the customer into materials with the marketing team, optimizing business opportunities
