Digital Marketing Account Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Account Manager to oversee client relationships and lead the execution of comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies. Reporting to the Director of Managed Services, this role involves collaboration with our US and European teams, demanding exceptional communication skills and a consultative approach to client management. You'll need digital account management experience, preferably with a marketing agency and B2B marketing environment. You must have current experience managing content marketing programs. Work Schedule: Full-Time, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST. Monday – Friday, with 1-hour break. Responsibilities of the role: ● Communicate with customers regularly, providing an update on program deliverables and overall performance. ● Develop and present impactful, data-driven quarterly strategies to your assigned clients. ● Directly manage client programs, ensuring timely execution and quality. ● Grow existing revenue base through the consultative recommendations of appropriate solutions. ● Analyze program performance and provide insights, data-driven recommendations, and solutions to client challenges. ● Ensure timely deadlines and customer deliverables are superior and within budget Required Experience and Qualifications: ● 3+ years of experience managing clients in an ad agency, Martech or marketing services setting. ● 3+ years managing content marketing programs ● Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills. ● Excellent relationship management skills. ● Outgoing, positive, and optimistic. ● Intuitive project management skills. Preferred Skills: ● Current experience with Google Analytics. (GA4 is a strong plus) ● Strong Microsoft Office or Google Suite knowledge, emphasizing Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint. Minimum level of English required: ● C2-Level English proficiency.
