-Location: Sao Paulo - Hybrid work. We are seeking a Digital Workspace Manager. The Ideal resource will own solution development in the respective area through operational steady state managing the operations /delivery/design and engineering of all service and systems in scope ensuring stability and integrity and meeting customer service levels. This role will work directly with DDIT, Service Delivery & Operations team and reports to the Director DDIT IES LACan, Svc Integration Americas. Your responsibilities • Acting as primary point of accountability for respective service matters for designated business or IT customers usually across locations, business domains, and/or geographical boundaries.
• Monitoring, measuring and reporting and review performance of services.
• Ensuring the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services.
• Taking accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures
• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt.
• Stable, compliant, secure, and cost effective operations measured by Customer Satisfaction, User Adoption, Availability, Performance, Capacity Metrics along with
continuous cost reductions YOY.
• Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable).

Role Requirements
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent technical field.
• +7 years of Hands on experience working in IT onsite support, collaborations tools and meeting and events support.
• Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment.
• Ambiguity, working cross-functionally and trans-nationally, Major Change and Market and customer intelligence experience.
• Proven Ability to Develop trust-based relationships with key regional stakeholders.
• Strong customer orientation.
• IT Service Level Management experience
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure & systems
• Audit Methodology: Identifying and Testing Controls for Business Risk. Why Novartis?
