The Operational Excellence, Digitization and Lean program manager demonstrates accountability for functional and business objectives.
You will support the organization in designing, implementing and improving processes aligned to the Business System strategy in complex, cross functional contexts.
As a Digitization and Lean Specialist you will be responsible for:
· Working with the IET leaders to design, plan and implement initiatives to drive growth or create organizational efficiency
· Supporting their deployment and operationalization through KPIs bowlers
· Partnering with the Lean Sensei and the broader rewiring community to ensure lean and consistent approach across business units and sites
· Serving as change agent by stimulating, communicating, and institutionalizing Lean and process improvement initiatives
· Leading / supporting kaizen events (eg VSM, Daily Kaizen) through the application of the lean methodology
· Collaborating with digital technology organization for process re-tooling
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
· Have Knowledge and practice of Lean Six Sigma methodology and Continuous Improvement
· Be able to prepare and (co-)lead lean events (eg Value Stream Mapping)
· Have proven experience on translating process improvements into systems design requirements and partnering with digital technology teams for their implementation
· Be able to simplify complex problems and solutions
· Have a critical thinking approach, seeking to produce innovative solutions to problems
· Be able to report status to the executive leadership team in an effective and structured manner through KPIs and data
· Show ability to navigate uncertainty autonomously and fast learning in complex environment
