The HCE Enterprise Sales Director will be joining to a highlyexperienced, seasoned HCE Global Enterprise Sales team and will be a partsignificant business growth for Honeywell. The person will be accountable forsales of HCE sustainability and digital transformation related portfolio; willbe developing executive relationships, leading sales cycle internally with HCECross-Sectoral Sales teams, collaborating with other HON GAD teams whilegrowing incremental SW revenue and ensuring highest levels of customersatisfaction. This leader will have responsibility to develop pipeline fornew and existing sustainability programs and will maximize the SW sales of theallocated key global HON accounts and other top HCE accounts. The individualwill lead and coordinate the customer engagement with other lines of other HCEbusiness and Honeywell SBGs to be able to provide one comprehensivesustainability/digital transformation solution to HON strategic customers. Therole is ultimately measured by growth in overall pipeline establishment, ordersand revenue, and customer satisfaction. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Salesownership of the environmental sustainability/digital transformation solutionsfor top HON accounts
  • Follow adisciplined and programmatic approach to generate SW demand, pipeline, andopportunities with top enterprise accounts. Keep SW pipeline current and movingup the pipeline curve
  • Provideproactive, trusted Sustainability/DT thought leadership to target accounts;work strategically with customers and provide them with new and different waysto push their thinking
  • Identifiesenterprise client pains by engaging multiple stakeholders; formulates robuststrategy, develop, and deliver comprehensive plans to address clients’identified priorities, orchestrates and owns the medium and long-term executionof HON strategy to maximize SW sales
  • Adoptsthe concept of Business Value/Outcome based Selling; orchestrates client andinternal HON teams to collaboratively build Joint Vision Roadmaps outlining thevalue that HON Sustainability/DT portfolio will deliver and the investments theclient will need to make with compelling ROI rather than competing on"features & functions"
  • Developlong term C-level relationships, creates, and manages a strong customergovernance model and align overall value messaging targeted towards the chiefeconomic buyer in the target accounts
  • Ensuresseamless project execution by leading a successful sales cycle from pipelinedevelopment to execution

YOU MUST HAVE: 

  • 2 years of Software as Service(Saas), Building Controls, Services business industry experience in thecommercial and institutional buildings markets •
  • 3 years of Sales experienceselling to end users
  • Consistenttrack record of achieving / exceeding sales quota ideally SaaS AND Expertise inmanaging multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals
  • Strongexecutive presence - very comfortable with C-level executives; equallysuccessful at engaging with all levels in an organization (bottom up & topdown)
  • Abilityto prospect within greenfield accounts
  • Organizedand specific experience with enterprise account planning
  • HighlyAdaptable, tenacious individuals who can learn, develop and combine newsolutions for customer needs
