REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Agronomy, Administration, Marketing or related areas;
- Solid experience in Agribusiness and in soybean, corn and cotton crops;
- Solid experience with sales team management, engagement and people development (7 managers as direct reports);
- Knowledge of financial tools and analysis of business and scenarios;
- Analytical, ability to build scenarios and strategic vision;
- Fluent in Portuguese and advanced in English;
MISSIONS
Responsible for leading the commercial team in managing demand and selling the company s products with a focus on the agricultural segment in macro-regions of Brazil, planning and implementing strategies to increase sales, prospecting new customers (B2B and B2C), negotiations and driving expansion business, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsible for the business P&L. This position is based in the city of Cuiabá/MT (Brazil) and requires a high level of travel.
