We have a rapidly growing team globally to support our growth in DTC, and wholesale channels. This role will be reporting to our Senior Growth Manager who is based between the UK & NZ, and will work cross-functionally to oversee operations of our online sale channels (Shopify, Amazon) and assist with acquisition marketing.

Founded in 2015, Manukora has become synonymous with high-quality, ethically sourced Manuka honey.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Manager with a background in a DTC performance-driven environment to join our growing team at Manukora.

In this role, you will manage, execute, and lead the e-commerce strategy across our online sales channels and platforms (Shopify, and proprietary software). You will work closely with our Senior Growth Manager on acquisition marketing, assist in media buying, manage sprint plans, and prepare performance reports across various ad platforms. We’re seeking a detail-oriented operator with a keen understanding of the DTC/marketplace platforms and the paid acquisition landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations of our Shopify store, including site maintenance, homepage/product launches, and integrations with other platforms.
  • Ideally, this role will also take control of our Amazon marketplace marketing operations.
  • Consistently consider the entire customer journey when planning strategies to increase conversion. Including the development of landing pages, A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
  • Working with Snr Growth Manager on all aspects of acquisition marketing inclusive of SEO, SEM, with a primary focus on paid social media buying.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, finance, product development) to ensure all digital execution requirements are fulfilled.
  • Manage sprint plans.
  • Prepare performance reporting.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English proficiency
  • 2+ years of e-commerce experience with a proven ability to build and operate within a DTC environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with CMS and digital marketing tools such as Shopify, A/B Testing Tools (Intelligems), Landing Page Builders (Replo), Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and others.
  • Experience leading relationships with external agencies as well as internal partners to deliver results.
  • Strong attention to detail with organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Growth mindset and self-starter. Works well independently, and ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
