You love selling services and are good at building rapport with your clients. You are not afraid to be challenged with sales quotas and find happiness in being rewarded for hitting them. You enjoy speaking to Clients daily, learning about how they operate, the business hurdles that they need to overcome, and then providing them with solutions that will make their problems go away. You have a competitive mindset and are an amazing team player.

Your Mission

For 2024, the mission for this role is to hit your sales quota of closing $1,069,000 of existing Client business.

Your Goals

  • Close $1,069,000 of existing Client Business
  • 80% Existing Client Conversion for those that pass the red velvet rope. Work with our existing client base and project teams to transition them into a new engagement type to continue the relationship
  • Existing Client spend increases by 10% YoY. Lead the effort as an Engagement Manager to continuously drive additional work from every client through regularly scheduled check-ins, roadmap planning, and quarterly business reviews, resulting in account growth
  • Familiarize yourself with Cloudsquare sales process, service offering, internal salesforce workflow, buyer personas, pricing minimums, and departmental SOPs within your first 60 days

You will report to the Director of Sales.

Your Responsibilities

  • Close $1,069,000 in existing Client business (professional services and client success)
  • Q1 – 207k
  • Q2 – 276k
  • Q3 – 293k
  • Q4 - 293k
  • Generate $3 million in pipeline within 6 months. Continue rebuilding the pipeline to $3 million as deals close or fall off
  • Close at least two 100k+ projects
  • Complete 80% + of your EOS rocks
  • Serve as the client’s Engagement Manager to develop a long-term partnership, working closely with the project team to continuously present new enhancements and projects that the client can take advantage of, along with the benefits of such development, and any Cloudsquare product offerings
  • Work alongside the delivery team and the Account Executive of new clients that are closing out their initial project to transition them into a new contract to continue engagement with Cloudsquare
  • Convert existing Project, Managed Services Monthly, QuickStart and Managed Services Arrears Clients onto New Contracts
  • Convert existing Admin Assist or CoD Clients onto bigger contracts
  • Generate additional work from clients by leading client check-ins, roadmap planning, and quarterly business review discussions
  • Penetrate untapped departments and divisions of our existing clients to introduce new client stakeholders to Cloudsquare services and generate leads for new projects
  • Create project scope and run project estimates through the McD estimation tool
  • Work alongside the Business Development Representative to ensure that PowerPoint Presentations and contract timelines are met
  • Work alongside the Account Executive when we need to get Salesforce involved
  • Work alongside the Account Executive when a product customer requires service work
  • Manage the full sales cycle from client engagement to closing. Continue the relationship post sale for Client accounts
  • Help design, solidify, and optimize net new Engagement Management processes that will serve as the future of Engagement Management at Cloudsquare
  • Sell Cloudsquare’s value proposition and service offerings
  • Pipeline Management and upkeep

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years using the Salesforce CRM
  • 3+ years selling services
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience
  • B2B sales experience
  • Familiar with the Salesforce ecosystem (Products, Industries, and AppExchange)
  • Experience with prospecting and bringing in new business
  • Experience selling to the C-suite
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to your prospects
  • Strong discovery skills, solution selling ability, objection handling skills, and closing skills
  • Technical experience required

Pay: R$344,953.00 - R$394,232.00 per year
